Registered Psychologist, MPsych, BA (Hons)
Life can start to feel overwhelming when your mind is constantly busy, your emotions feel intense, or you no longer recognise the person you used to be. Many women come to therapy feeling exhausted from trying to hold everything together — managing work, relationships, family, expectations, and the pressure to keep functioning even when things feel heavy inside.
If you feel stuck, lost, burnt out, or caught in cycles of overthinking and self-criticism, you are not alone. More importantly, change is possible.
I provide one-on-one telehealth therapy for women, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home. With no long wait times and flexible online sessions, therapy can fit around the realities of busy lives.
My goal is to help you make sense of what’s happening internally, reduce overwhelm, and build practical strategies so you can feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life again.

Areas of Support
Common areas we work on include:
• Neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism
• Anxiety, stress, and persistent overthinking
• Burnout and emotional exhaustion
• Loss of identity or feeling disconnected from yourself
• Low self-worth and self-criticism
• Emotion regulation and overwhelm
• Recovery from emotional abuse
• Major life transitions and relationship challenges
I support women who feel overwhelmed by their thoughts, emotions, and the constant demands of life.
Many of my clients are navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, or a growing sense that they’ve lost themselves somewhere along the way. They often describe feeling stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-criticism, and emotional exhaustion while trying to keep everything together for everyone else.
From the outside, life may appear organised and high functioning. Internally, however, there can be a persistent sense of overwhelm, uncertainty, or the feeling of constantly falling short.
Therapy provides a space to slow things down, understand what’s driving these patterns, and begin rebuilding a stronger, more confident sense of self.
